ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The FOUNDER
CommUNITY Creator, a project developed by Z Saj in collaboration with various sponsors, specifically caters to the needs of musical artists. Z Saj created the program by identifying and addressing the challenges she faced in her own journey, aiming to provide solutions for others in the music industry. Recognizing that funding can be a significant barrier to a thriving career in music, Z Saj, who transitioned to a full-time artist over the past two years, designed CommUNITY Creator to alleviate these financial challenges and support artists in sustaining successful careers.
CommUNITY Creator not only tackles immediate financial obstacles for selected artists but also positions our communities at the forefront of our music, highlighting the resilience we've displayed and fostering the potential for long-term community impact. Participants serve as examples of success and positive community influence. Through the program, artists embark on a journey of self-discovery, envisioning the powerful impact of their art on the world. Music governs our daily lives, thus chosen artists are intentional in their creations. Saj emphasizes that controlling what we consume is the initial step toward effecting change. By managing our consumption, we gain control over ourselves.
